located in donggang town, south hodo thermal power plant undertakes the social responsibility of supplying power and heating for surrounding enterprises and households. in order to reduce the impact of the epidemic, under the guidance of government departments, the employees of the thermal power plant consciously fulfilled their responsibilities, implemented epidemic prevention measures on the one hand and paid attention to safety production on the other hand, becoming the "inverse" of donggang town who took the lead in resuming work and production during the epidemic period.
in order to comply with the safety production situation and implement the "one post and two responsibilities" system of "production must be in charge of safety and business must be in charge of safety", south hodo thermal power plant organized relevant personnel to revise the safety production rules and regulations in march, focusing on combing the safety production post responsibilities of middle-level managers. the newly revised post responsibilities of middle-level managers highlight the characteristics of each specialty, make a clearer definition of the scope of responsibility for work safety, and enhance the operability of the system. in order to improve the safety production awareness and cognition of middle managers, south hodo thermal power plant also specially organized safety education and training in april to publicize and implement the position and role of safety production responsibility system in enterprise safety production.
in the first half of the year, south hodo thermal power plant completed the construction of the "double control" mechanism system of "risk identification and control and hidden danger investigation and treatment", rectified and eliminated the hidden dangers in production, "controlled the accidents in the hidden dangers and eliminated the hidden dangers in the bud", and each equipment has implemented the responsible person. in mid june, the relevant expert group strictly reviewed the "double control" system of south hodo thermal power plant and affirmed the construction and implementation effect of the "double control" system.
"eliminate potential accidents and build a strong safety defense line", safety production is a continuous dynamic management process. in the 19th national "safety month" this year, south hodo thermal power plant closely followed the theme of the activity, focused on the implementation and elimination of various production safety hazards, successively eliminated more than 10 hidden dangers in equipment and facilities, management of relevant parties and safety technology, and formulated practical rectification measures for various hidden dangers. during the "safety month" activity, the safety management department, in combination with the actual production, held a safety production knowledge test for the purpose of improving the "double control" knowledge of all employees, and a total of 106 people participated in the test.
