south hodo thermal power plant was built in 2001 and has more than ten years of thermal power operation and management experience. it always adheres to the sustainable development road of "green harmony, low-carbon and environmental protection".
through continuous resource integration, south hodo thermal power plant has gradually formed a large energy pattern of coal, electricity and heat integration, mainly with multiple business modes such as power energy, heat supply and coal transportation.
in response to the growing demand for heat load, the company actively responded to the call for energy conservation and emission reduction, carried out the technical transformation project of thermal power plant in 2017, and made advance deployment and independent reform in terms of energy conservation and emission reduction and enterprise steam consumption.
after the technical transformation, the thermal efficiency of the boiler has been greatly improved, and the concentrations of dust, sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides have also decreased respectively, reaching the ultra-low emission standard. in march 2018, the project was completed and put into operation.
at present, south hodo thermal power plant has undergone multi-stage technical transformation. it has two sets of high-temperature and high-pressure circulating vulcanization bed boilers with a total installed capacity of 75t / h one set of high-temperature and high-pressure pulverized coal boiler with a total installed capacity of 130t / h. at the same time, it is equipped with a steam turbine generator unit with a total capacity of 24mw, with an annual power generation of about 200 million kwh and an external steam supply of about 800000 tons.
as the heat source point of wuxi thermal planning and the self owned power plant of south hodo group, south hodo thermal power plant has independent heating and power supply areas, a power grid system composed of 110kv, 35kv and 10kv multi-level transmission and distribution lines, as well as 7 heating pipelines, 2.5 and 0.98mpa pipelines with a length of more than 30 kilometers, which can fully meet the power and heat demand within the business scope.
