as a self owned power plant, south hodo thermal power plant has undertaken the responsibility of power and steam supply to the enterprise, other industrial users in donggang town and local residents since its establishment in 2001. for a long time, south hodo thermal power plant has made industrial layout and system planning in strict accordance with the energy strategy and relevant policies of environmental protection. on november 7, 2016, the energy bureau held a press conference and officially announced the 13th five year plan for power development (2016-2020). south hodo thermal power plant, as the heat source of the local thermal planning in the 13th five year plan, scientifically studies and judges the local power industry development planning in the 13th five year plan, makes advance deployment and independent reform, speeds up technological transformation, focuses on improving energy efficiency and effectively reducing total emissions, and is committed to walking out of a quality-benefit green and environment-friendly sustainable development. in order to better respond to the government's environmental protection requirements, social heating needs and their own benefit pursuit, south hodo thermal power plant is vigorously promoting the "three projects":
1.vigorously implement environmental protection transformation to ensure ultra-low emission.
according to the energy conservation and emission reduction policy, by the end of 2018, all coal-fired boilers will achieve ultra-low flue gas emission and meet the emission limit standards of gas units, that is, smoke and dust < 5mg / m3, sulfur dioxide < 35mg / m3, nitrogen oxide emission < 50mg / m3, and standard coal consumption for power supply < 310g / kwh. all medium parameter chain furnaces need to be eliminated, and their steam turbine units will be eliminated if they are not reformed.
based on the above facts, the thermal power plant adheres to the principle of "cleanliness, high efficiency, intelligence and informatization" to carry out the technical transformation project of 2 * 75t / h boiler and related equipment. after the completion of the technical transformation scheme, it is expected that the boiler thermal efficiency will be increased from 70% (chain furnace) to 90%, the power supply standard coal consumption will be reduced from 406 g / kwh to less than 300 g / kwh, the steam supply capacity will be increased by 70t / h, 18000 t / a standard coal will be saved, 54 t / a so2 emission and 36 t / a soot emission will be reduced.
in addition, the thermal power plant also carried out the engineering transformation of wastewater and waste gas emission reduction projects respectively. through the transformation of calcium carbide slag process of desulfurization system, the power consumption is reduced by 1.45 million yuan and the so2 emission is reduced by 250t / a; and meet the required emission standards of nox 50 mg / m3, so2 35 mg / m3 and soot 5 mg / m3. the existing boiler desulfurization, dust removal and denitration environmental protection facilities shall be upgraded to achieve ultra-low emission. at the same time, dry and incinerate sewage sludge; the water-saving transformation of mechanized boiler equipment and the reuse of reverse osmosis concentrated water can reduce the discharge of water resources and improve the utilization rate of water resources.
2. vigorously expand heat supply network pipelines and actively assume social responsibility.
fulfilling social responsibility is also an economic benefit for south hodo thermal power plant. according to the planning of the town government and the group, donggang town will shut down the existing small industrial boilers. at that time, south hodo thermal power plant will supply power and heat centrally, and the heat load will increase by 98t / h (mostly medium pressure steam). therefore, south hodo thermal power plant continues to carry out cogeneration transformation project, which not only saves energy and environmental protection, but also improves residents' living standards and ensures the living needs of local people, which is also the social responsibility actively fulfilled by south hodo thermal power plant from the beginning of its construction.
in order to cope with the heat consumption problem of enterprises after the shutdown of small industrial boilers by the government, south hodo thermal power plant spent more than 6 million yuan on the reconstruction of water treatment facilities, thermal insulation transformation and heat user adjustment of the existing six lines, so as to reduce pipe loss and improve steam transmission capacity. among them, the #4 line was expanded by 4.8km to donghu paper industry, and the #6 line was expanded by 16km to donggang town new material industrial park.
in order to alleviate the pressure of power and heat shortage, south hodo thermal power plant has upgraded the heating network equipment, upgraded the original medium parameter 2 * 75t / h double grate chain furnace to a high parameter 2 * 150t / h boiler, expanded the back pressure unit and related system transformation, made full use of the existing equipment, saved investment, high safety and reliability, greatly improved the thermal efficiency and thermal efficiency, and the thermal efficiency of the boiler has increased from 70% (chain furnace) will be increased to 90%, the standard coal consumption for power generation will be reduced from 370 g / kwh to less than 180 g / kwh, 30000 t / a of coal will be saved, 59t / a of so2 emission will be reduced, and 150t / h of heating capacity will be increased. on the premise of ultra-low emission reduction, it will greatly meet the power and steam demand of enterprises and residents.

at present, due to the excess power production and huge environmental pressure, more and more people believe that coal power has been declining and will completely decline from brilliance. in fact, it is not. coal power is the main type of power supply. china's energy resource structure determines the power supply structure dominated by coal, which is a natural limitation and will not be transferred by human will in the short term. according to statistics, last year's national energy the total source consumption is 4.3 billion tons of standard coal, of which 2.743 billion tons of standard coal is consumed, accounting for 64% of the total national energy consumption. although the coal power industry encounters the risk of periodic power surplus, there is still some room for development in the future. in particular, coal-fired self owned power plants such as south hodo thermal power plant are providing power supply for internal enterprise production and operation and reducing enterprise production costs at the same time, it also takes into account the steam demand of surrounding enterprises, which has a unique position in the local energy supply system.
